Booking information
Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern the online booking of tickets for the shows and activities offered by Zawi through zawimuseoflamenco.com. By completing a booking and accepting these terms during checkout, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted them.
1. Provider identification
Company name: ELISABETH MALDONADO EXPOSITO
CIF: 75163269M
Address: Calle GRAN VIA DE COLON, 41, CP 18010 Granada, Spain
Telephone: 674858944

2. Purpose
These terms set out the rights and obligations applicable to the purchase of tickets and attendance at the activities booked at Zawi.
3. Service booked
The ticket entitles the customer to attend the show selected for the date and time stated in the booking. The features, schedule, duration, price and included services are those displayed before checkout is completed. Zawi’s regular shows include live flamenco, last approximately 60 minutes, and include one drink when this is stated in the selected fare.
4. Prices and taxes
The final price is shown before the purchase is confirmed and includes legally applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the methods available during checkout through a secure payment gateway. Zawi does not store complete card details on its website.
6. Ticket delivery / Shipping policy
The booking concerns a service or ticket, so no physical goods are shipped. Once payment has been completed successfully, the customer receives the booking or ticket confirmation through the TuriTop booking system, normally at the email address provided during checkout. The electronic ticket or confirmation is the booking receipt.
The customer must check that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If confirmation is not received after a successful purchase, the customer may contact Zawi using the details published on this page.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the show starts.
Cancellations made within that period qualify for the corresponding refund. If fewer than 24 hours remain before the show starts, the booking is non-refundable, unless Zawi expressly states otherwise or a legal obligation applies. Failure to attend does not automatically give rise to a right to a refund.
Cancellation by Zawi
If Zawi cancels the show and cannot provide the booked service, the customer is entitled to a refund of the corresponding amount. Zawi may alternatively offer a different date, time or equivalent solution, but any alternative must be accepted by the customer.
8. Customer-requested changes
Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested before the show. Not all changes can be guaranteed.
9. Right of withdrawal
Services related to leisure activities booked for a specific date or period are among the exceptions to the general right of withdrawal under Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Therefore, the purchase of a ticket for a show on a specified date and at a specified time is not subject to the general 14-day right of withdrawal.
Without prejudice to the above, Zawi offers free cancellation up to 24 hours before the show starts, in accordance with the policy set out in these terms.
10. Admission and punctuality
Customers are advised to arrive in good time. Once the show has started, late admission may be subject to organisational reasons or the need to avoid interruptions, and immediate admission cannot be guaranteed.
11. Children
Children aged 0–5 enter free of charge. Children aged 6–11 have access to a child fare, whose price is the one displayed during checkout.
12. Customer responsibility
Before completing the purchase, the customer must check the date, time, number and type of tickets, email address and all other booking details.
13. Contact and complaints
Complaints relating to bookings, payments, cancellations or refunds may be sent to elisabethmaldonadoexposito31@gmail.com or raised by telephone on 674858944.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable consumer protection regulations, without limiting the mandatory rights of consumers.
